Eager reader of history, mystery, classics, biographies, steampunk, lit fic, science, scifi, and etc. My reviews are mostly positive--I rarely finish or write about books I don't enjoy. My TBR is too high for that.

Explosive Eighteen: A Stephanie Plum Novel (Stephanie Plum Novels)

Explosive Eighteen - Janet Evanovich Plum again--It’s book 18 in the Stephanie Plum series, and after a Hawaiian vacation gone bad and a confrontation Stephanie doesn’t want to talk about tensions between Morelli and Ranger finally came to a head such that fists were flying. Both real and fake FBI agents are after Stephanie, Lula has abandoned neon to dress in black because her latest kick is emulating Ranger, and Stephanie’s life-long nemesis, Joyce Barnhardt, is missing and presumed to be compacted in the family junkyard, and Stephanie is actually and inexplicably concerned about her. In other words, it’s typical Stephanie Plum zaniness—not the worst in the series and not the best but still a fun, fast (less than 200 pages) read.
