Eager reader of history, mystery, classics, biographies, steampunk, lit fic, science, scifi, and etc. My reviews are mostly positive--I rarely finish or write about books I don't enjoy. My TBR is too high for that.
Interesting, but a little lighter weight than I was hoping for. I think 2 other books I've read that deal only indirectly with the "irresistible pull of irrational behavior" do a better job explaining how the thoughts that govern our actions can go wrong--Drunkard's Walk: How Randomness Rules Our Lives and The Science of Fear: Why We Fear the Things We Shouldn't-and Put Ourselves in Greater Danger.
